Objective of the bachelor thesis is to introduce the important aspects of the material for the manufacture, installation and operation of pipeline systems. The thesis mentions the suitability of individual groups of pipe materials for various technological and natural conditions with respect to the material properties. The work deals with the pipe installation, implementation of control tests with a focus on of technology pipe installation before commissioning, finding defects and the possibility of repair. Finally, in the work are placed practical information that helping solve problems

Community Center in the Centre

During the 70s Povazska Bystrica city has completely changed their entire downtown. When the proposal was envisaged to reserve 30 percent of the area from which it has over the years become parking places. This city center , without historical buildings with compactly closed square is certainly an interesting subject of sociological inquiry. What is missing in this zone are mainly related to leisure activities , facilities for mothers with small children , gallery , sports center , museum of Povazske strojarne . All these functions , I tried to include in my concept of urban strategies , from which I chose to further develop the community center building . That in itself contains a gallery , bistro , maternity center , multipurpose hall and two large spaces for the development of musical activities and creative abilities . Surrounding buildings are only with a flat roof , mainly cubic , and therefore I chose this also this very similar and simple shape. Form responds to the idea of the conclusion of the square , but their scale and the overall shape corresponds with the environment and communicate directly with him . Height of the building is in equilibrium with the surrounding building heights , four classic levels . The proposed building is from the eastern part , where the transition between buildings is designed after the original road from the church , the entrance to the maternity center is situated near the indoor playground snd the semi-opened atrium.Artistic and material solution responds to the urban environment in which the building is planted . Whereas in its vicinity is the amount of greenery with which is in direct contact (park , river with green stripe) and that is why I chose the color of the facade , which would be in contrast with greenery , but also square tiles . I chose pale pigmented precast concrete elements which, artistically revived facade and completed as well as the layout of windows and doors . Windows and doors have been designed with regard to the function rooms , as well as their breakdown, as some of them , such as entrance hall , extending over two floors , on the other hand , some classrooms respectively interest rooms have a mezzanine section . Complement the interior color shades that are not only functional but also aesthetic element , as are color differentiated by function of room . The building is designed as wall system combined with columns and materials , in turn, is a concrete and reinforced concrete .

Elementary school in Mořicích

The Thesis deals with a reconstruction of the elementary school in Mořice. The main aim of the Thesis is adjusting the building for an operation of school facilities and recovering into an origin building appearance. The land is in the protective zone of immovable cultural values. It is the two-floored object with a basement, an unused attic, roofed with a sloping roof with metal covering. The use of object will be remained. The building is a part of terraced houses being connected with from the south direction. The project is solved in the level of documentation for the construction work.

Rehabilitation of hot water network

Abstract: The subject of the introductory part of this work is to create a basic overview about water heating networks. This is a familiarization with the operational parameters of the network, used materials, pipes, fixtures and objects and saving the pipeline. In another part of the work deals with the possibilities of rehabilitation-reconstruction and new construction, and underground and aboveground. At the conclusion of the work is handled by a specific proposal for the rehabilitation of feeder horkovodního Temelin nuclear power plant (JETe) into town Týn nad Vltavou. According to the investor's request was made to optimize the calculation of the dimensions of heavy pipe.

Infekční nemoci a problematika sanitace na příkladu vybraných regionů Indie

The bachelor's thesis deals with infectious diseases and poor sanitation in India. Epidemiological and demographic transitions are described in the thesis, which is followed by specific cases of the disease in India and the sanitation situation. The theoretical part is divided into a general overview of theories and then into the inclusion of India in the framework of epidemiology. The third part deals with the sanitation situation in the country and compares the access to sanitation between rural and urban areas, mentions the consequences of poor sanitation and evaluates some government measures as a solution to the sanitation situation. In the fourth part, two case studies are mentioned, which will specify the situation in selected regions of India in more detail. The practical part deals with interviews with experts who have been in the state of Jharkhand, and experts who compared the situation in the Czech Republic and India. The discussion and conclusion containing a summary, fulfilment of goals and suggestions for future additions.

Advantages and disadvantages of vermicomposting toilets

Decentralized human excreta sanitation systems, which include latrines or composting toilets for example, are among the sustainable methods of dealing with this biological waste. One possible way of dealing with human excrement is the vermicomposting method. This work deals with decentralized caused excreta sanitation using a vermicomposting toilet. The aim of the work was to evaluate the applicability of the vermicomposting method for the sanitation of human excrement and to compare this approach with more widespread methods of so-called dry sanitation, such as a composting toilet. The principles of both methods, the necessary conditions for the successful course of the process and the quality of the resulting sanitation products were described. Attention was focused not only on the presence of pathogenic organisms and the effectiveness of individual systems in their removal, but also on other possible pollutants from the group of personal care products or, for example, microplastics. Their potential effect on earthworm viability was also discussed. Other toilet paper can also be an important source of unwanted contamination. Part of the work was cooperation in the realization of an experimental vermicomposting toilet in the Dvůr Perlová voda complex in Kostelec nad Ohří. I found that...

Posouzení účinnosti sanitace chladicích zařízení v různých provozech

The adequate level of hygiene of refrigeration equipment is one of important factors that affects the maintenance of quality and safety of stored food. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to assess the efficiency of sanitation of selected refrigeration equipment in the household (n=3) and in gastronomic establishments (n=3). Microbiological analysis enabled the determination: total number of mesophilic, coliform and psychrotrophic microorganisms, and also yeasts and fungi.

Redevelopement of the Prague suburb between the 1950´s and 1980´s

The diploma thesis is dealing with the process of sanitation of the Prague suburb in Czech Budweis from 1950´s to 1980´s. The first chapter outlines the development of the Prague suburb from its early beginnings to the first half of the 20th century. The main concern of this work is put on the construction of the suburb which took place in the second half of the 20th century; moreover, the text refers to the sanitation works which were necessary to be made before constructing the new buildings which were constructed in this time period. There is Koldům form 50´s/60´s which was built by architect Bohumil Böhm. From the following decade, there is the department house called Družba which was designed by architects Ladislav Konopka and Alois Hlouška. The last building to be selected is the post office which originates in 80´s and it was also built by Ladislav Konopka. All chosen buildings are thoroughly discussed from the historical point of view; furthermore, the text also refers to the significance of these buildings and their present condition. The diploma thesis aims to depict in detail the phases of the sanitation of the Prague suburb. Through this description the text is trying to reveal the overall scope of the urban changes which took place in this oldest part of the city.
